Could anyone recommend a good wedding planner in Melbourne?

What do you think of a mid-late March outdoor wedding? I know we are getting erratic weather patterns now but in general do you think it would be a good time to hold an outdoor wedding?

Am not very familiar with some venues so if anyone can recommend some fantastic venue with a rural feel that also has a 5-6 star accommodation to hold 100-120 guests it would be fantastic.

I have a friend who is planning on a wedding either here in Melbourne or Sydney.

Hire me!
The only places you're going to find which have 5 star accom. would be in the city which rules out the 'rural feel' you're wanting.
The accom...is it for the bride/groom to stay in after the reception? If so, then you could have the reception at another venue and book the bridal suite at a 5 star hotel in the city...depending on where they're going for their honeymoon, if they're flying somewhere, the Hilton at the airport would be the best place to stay that night.
We had our wedding at 'Ascot House' in Ascot Vale which is quite close to the city and it's capable of holding the amount of guest you're needing to accommodate.
'Rural feel'...do you mean a bush setting or a venue which has a garden setting?
Ascot House is quite a big property with lovely gardens but it's definitely not a bush setting.

ETA...March is unpredictable in Melbourne, as is almost every other month here! The only thing I can suggest is to choose a venue that has the option of a chapel so if the weather is nasty on the day you have a back up. March here could be 32 degrees or 13 degrees!
