My yoga teacher is running a workshop on Sunday (26th) which everyone tells me is great, all about natural birth and how to use massage, aromatherapy..get through the pain etc and involve your partner. All the people who have done it I've spoken to have said it was really helpful - specially in involving their partner.
I've been nagging her to run one in time for my due date (15th April) and so she has got a tentative date for this Sunday - but needs two more couples in order to make it viable. The cost is $125 per couple and includes light lunch.
