I full time use cloth nappies on Josie, and I know that she is teething at the moment, but she has some really nasty blisters on her bottom. They are literally blisters or ulcers on her bottom and dont seem to be clearing. Normally a large amount of nappy free time and a bit of cream will do the trick, but these are really persisting.
Im starting to wonder if it is something else and I should take her to the doctor. Any hints or tips?
The brand of wash powder is one Ive always used and is enzym free, the nappies are bamboo or hemp or at the very worst terry towling with a microfibre liner, so it cant be the nappy. Its either the teething or food intollerences popping up again (she's had this nappy rash before in the midst of her feeding problems).
