i was going to make plum pork tonight but the pork sauce isn't ver nice, i taste tested it first...

what else could i make???

Bit late to help you out but I thought you might be interested...

I often make a dish that is a bit like pork in plum sauce. I use the SPC plum sauce in the jar (which is really tasty) and I add some ketchup manis, brown sugar and sweet chilli. I add this to the pork pieces and stir fried vegies in the wok and serve with rice noodles. It's very yummy:yes:.
