As many of us, I am looking for a job I can do from home !
I am thinking of getting trained up in MYOB and doing this from home for small businesses. Does anyone do this ? and how did you get started ? who would you recommend for training in sydney ?

sounds great. you'll also need to be a GST guru. Are you planning on helping small businesses or self employed? I do my husbands BAS and I detest it!!! A friend of mine does this, in the country though, and is very busy.

I have the same idea as you. I plan on doing bookeeping from home when Emily goes to kindy the year after next. I figure that will give me 2 days a week solely for that, then I can squeeze it in around other stuff the other 3 days. I have found a bookeeping college that offers a course in MYOB plus also has a subject block on starting your own bookeeping business. If you would like the web address, just pm me.
