Corn Fritters

Hi there everyone,

I am looking for a corn fritter recipe. I dont need it to have a zillion fancy ingredients, just basic corn fritters.

Any ideas???

Mine is just:

A cup of flour, one egg, and water. However, the amount of flour and water will depends on how many you'd want to make.

I just mix it all together, put the corn (I use the frozen peas and corn), salt and pepper, I do put cheese in it to make it tastier. Then just fry it in small sizes.

the basic fritter mix that I use is

1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sr flour
salt
1 egg
1 cup milk

mix it all together and then add whatever you want.

we often mash up bananas and make banana fritters, or cut up left over corn meat really small and add corn, chopped onion and a little bit of tomato sauce.

anything you want really.
