i have ice cream...would love something to go with it

was going to make sticky date pudding, but have no bron sugar :no:

any ideas on what else i could do??

If you have some fresh strawberries, cut them up and put them in a bowl with a small amount of caster suger and balsamic vinegar..... mash half of it with a fork, and leave the other half whole and pour it over ice cream..... very yumm....

Or makes some pancakes!

um, what about bread and butter pudding? Get 5 or 6 slices of bread (old stuff is good for it) flip out, spread with butter and jam and put together like a sandwich, (6slices would be 3sandwiches) then cut roughly into small(1.5cm)squares.

Put in an oven proof bowl. Mix up a cup of milk and an egg or two and add sugar if desired before pouring over the top of your sandwiches. If needed, add more milk so it almost covers the top layer of bread.

Bake in oven on 180Centergrate for 30 - 40 mins.
