View Full Version : Boob work??????
Hi there gals,
I have major issues with my boobs since DD was born. They are a little saggy and nothing like the pert boobs of a 21 yr old I used to have!!!:p
So that got me thinking. How many of you out there are happy with your boobs??? And if money was no issue...........would you have something done to them?? Like a lift or a boob job???
Thoughts please.
I voted yes because I want a breast lift and If I could afford it Id have it done tomorrow.

I just replyed to another thread about boob jobs lol.....
I would say YES YES YES!!!!!! I would do it except my DP wont let me.....he likes em just the way they are apparently!!! I have NEVER been happy with mine....
Mine never grew properly when I was younger so they are kind of well "misshappen" they are only a small 12b and on my build (im 6" tall and Im a swimmer so im "big boned' so to speak)they look out of place! Not even being almost 5months pregnant has changed them......they havnt grown a single cm!!!!
I would love the beautiful tear drop shaped boobs you always see.....maybe a large Ccup to a smaller D cup:D
I have a pic of what I want..they are fabulous!!! I love em......
Nope no way, I worked in an OR for 7 years saw sooo many breast ops and for me it just isn't worth it! you have to have it re-done every 8-10 years and it can cause a whole heap of other issues.
for me I'll stick with what I have.. I love my boobs and so does my DB :D
the only thing I might consider would be a tummy tuck lol
After Pregnancy and 8 months of breast feeding, My Boobs have gone from a 12C
to a 14E!
I Don't fit any of my old clothes anymore, It is hard to exercise as they are heavy and i get alot of neck and back pain.
So I would Love to have a reduction if i had the $$$.
I haved researched it a little bit, and i think you have to be finished making babies before having it done, so i will be stuck with these beasts of burden (hehe) for a little while yet. :)

Mandy- Sure- Id be more than happy to swap with ya!!!:D
You've had a baby, your boobs are meant to change! lol
I've never had perky ones anyway, so I don't feel like I'm missing out.

I know exactly how you feel, im a "big boned" person aswell but i can hardly fit into an A cup and when i look into a mirror it just doesnt look right. For once i want to be able to fill out a top or a bikini! My df is a real boob guy and he is always commenting on other womens "nice boobs" and it makes me feel really insecure. he never says anything about mine but i always wonder what he is truely thinking........
So my answer is OF COURSE i'd be nice to feellike a real woman and have clevage for the first time in my life! :smiliedance:

Oh I am definitely going to get mine done!! :) I don’t really need it done…but I just loooove the look of them!!! Even the perkiest tities don’t sit as perfect and full as the fakies! After I have Claudia…and then one ..lol and only one more baby….I am booking myself straight in!!! My hubby says I don’t need to change them at all…but said if it’s what I really want ..go for it...I can’t wait…they look so hot…lol weird as that must sound!!:smiliedance:
AM I the only one who thinks fake boobs look absolutely hideous? :barf:(no offense to any of you that may have them, of course!)
Some of the celebs that have them look like they have grapefruits bolted to their chests, it's almost alien looking

No thank you very much! :D I'm proud with my body, sure I might not be as "perfect" like I used to be, but look at my gorgeous child! :D
Plus my DH thinks I look HOT no matter what, so I'm happy

I don't think it is all about fake boobs.......... Correct me if I am wrong ladies, but I think many women would be happy with a lift or a reduction. I think just because you have had a baby and your body has done what it is supposed to, doesn't mean you have to be happy with it.
I havn't voted yet, but I will probably vote yes. If $$ were no object and I didn't have to have an op I woud without a doubt have a reduction!!! I am currently a 14G and hovered around a 12F pre pregnancy, so it is something I have always thought about. I am not unhappy with my boobs, I just find them to be somewhat impractical a lot of the time!! Will have to wait and see what state they are in when I've finished having and feeding my babies!!

AM I the only one who thinks fake boobs look absolutely hideous? :barf:
no, you're not alone there :D
I like that mine are saggy and stretch-marked and I can't jog without giving myself 2 black eyes. I've had a baby, I'm in the process of having another, and what others would call my "breast imperfections", I call my BADGES OF HONOUR :D
I certainly like the idea of perfectly formed, perky breasts, but I don't like the fake, rock hard look of breast implants and the idea of surgery there doesn't appeal. So Darkstar and the Queen, you aren't alone!!
Surprisingly my breast size hasn't really increased with pregnancy and now breast feeding (16DD), but they have been engorged but that has now settled.
Yes my breasts are a little saggy and my DD has ravaged my nipples but I guess if she and DH are both happy with them, then so should I!!

I would happily have a reduction tomorrow if I could. I am sick of agonising back pain which gets so bad that occasionally I have to go to the doctor and then spend the next few days in bed doing nothing on painkillers.

Can't say my boobs haven't changed post bub but I don't think I'll be going down the surgery road anytime soon....They may not be as perky as they once were but they're still my "girls" LOL:p

Nope, no way................I believe in ageing gracefully, the way nature intended.
Even if I could afford it, I wouldn't have cosmetic surgery of any kind (only for medical reason's).
I've never seen a pair that doesn't look fake, which i think is much worse than saggy boobs.

Nope AdelaideMandy...i'm sooo not kidding.....you can disagree or whatever I don't really care...but I totally love the look...obviously not Pamela Anderson/Jordan size....I like Victoria Beckhams type....i'm a 10B..but I am going to get a full C cup...maybe a D..though I think they may a bit heavy for my 53KG frame! lol :)
Anyway obviously people will always have there own opinions..and mine is the only one that matters when it comes to my bod...so lol bring on the plastic...oh and collagen for my lips!!:smiliedance:
Wow Big response!! Looks like the surgeons aren't going to go bankrupt just yet!!:p
I voted that I would get mine done simply because it would give me the confidence I need. I want to feel sexy and young the way I used to before babe. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy with the size........they are just a little on the saggy side. A breast lift would be all's I'd get.
DH says I'm nuts and he can't tell the difference between before babe and after. But I can and that's what matters.
I would get a boob job done any day for sure no questions asked! I have looked into it and if I had the money I would have had it done yesterday!
Diamonds bring on the collagen too! lol I will definatly be getting the collegen lips done sometime in the near future!:fingerscrossed:
Ive had a breast reduction and it was the best thing I ever did. I went from a 12B/C before children, to a 14DD after three and I was mortified. Since I wasn't planning on anymore kids, I went for the surgery (I researched it for a good year or more though), and eventually found a fantastic doctor who did a fantastic job. I'm now smaller than what I was initially (12A/B) but I couldn't be happier. And although I have since had another child and am preggie again, I was still able to breastfeed and my breasts still look ok. They went beack to a 12A/B after breastfeeding but are getting pretty big now with pregnancy.
I know its not for everyone and I'm the last one to say that there aren't risks involved, but for me it was the right thing to do.;)

I'm already a 10E so definately wouldnt want to go up a size since I have a small frame, but I would definately have a lift and small implants if I could afford it. DH and I have discussed it and maybe after I have finished haivng kids I wil consider it. I might change between now and then though, so will wait and see.
I am self conscious of my boobs sagging so much, but in the mean time I have invested in somevery good bras that give them the appearance of having a nice shape.
Each to their own, some people are happy with em hanging around thier knees, but I'm not
Lol... Wait until after U have the baby... Mine seem to have sagged a bit... Dunno if its just the milk or what :p. Do they perk up again??
 perk up a bit....hmmmm...maybe you might be lucky??? i voted yes... maybe a lift.. im a 12D.. Im happy with the size.. but YEP perkier would be nice :D
I would definantly get a boob job apart from it costs way too much and DF would never let me get one done as he is satisfied with what I have. Theres not much there to touch though :D , only an A cup. I loved being preggers as they went up to a C cup. I got lovely comments from DF then but have had no complaints know.
As long as DF is happy. :smiliedance:
You've had a baby, your boobs are meant to change! lol
I've never had perky ones anyway, so I don't feel like I'm missing out.
I agree...except I voted..yes...cause for me it's the pain factor not the money!!
I dont want em bigger just higher

I'm with you Diamonds, I have the money, I have the time, I just have to get ready for the pain. I don't want rockmelons, but just something that's perky and full. I really like myself and have pretty good self esteem, I think it would just make me more proportionate!
I've never seen a pair that doesn't look fake, which i think is much worse than saggy boobs.
Ness, what about the ones you see that don't look fake so you don't realise they are fake? I was saying in another thread that I know a few people (quite a few actually) who have had it done and the majority of them look very natural - not Pamela-ish at all. (Though some certainly do look too big on the person's frame!)
I have met other people who have had them done but I wouldn't have known unless someone told me because they look so normal. I think a good boob-job is one that doesn't make people ask "Do you think she's had her boobs done?".. it just makes people think "Gee she's got a nice figure" or better still, not think anything at all.
I think from now on ill keep my mouth shut before I get myself banned LOL
Oh God, you can't get banned for having an opinion, can you?:fingerscrossed: I always like to hear someone else's point of view. I wont take anything you say to heart. My mum used to say opinions are like bum-holes, everyone's got one!

OOOh YES YES I would love a boob job..haha..i do have the money and time its just the pain thing like others have stipualted in posts previous...
I never breast fed at all so my reasons are purley cause i want nicer looking ones...
A touch of perky dust and id be a happy camper...:yelclap:
no, never. I'm happy the way I am, the only cosmetic surgery I'd get would be to fix my nose (was broken and healed crooked) and my teeth.:D
My breasts are huge, we are talking larger than an E cup. When I was preggaz with Corey I was a c cup and went up to a d cup while breastfeeding. Did not go down in sizes, started out this pregnancy in a D cup and am now just fitting an E cup which means I need to be refitted again :(
I would gladly get a breast reduction as I have so many back problems and it is just so uncomfortable and awkward haing such huge breasts. Am very interested on seeing just how big they get by the time my milk comes in.

Hi there ---
Don't worry about your looks---it's the good soul that counts and shallow people remember looks rather than personality...
Just take care of your health and thank god you have breasts...my best friend lost part of hers during cancer operations...

Can't say that I'm 'happy' with the girls...
"Wind socks on a VERY calm day" comes to mind!!!
Don't think I'd ever get anything done though...
I just couldn't risk the chance of not waking up after the general anaesthetic for a procedure which isn't life threatening...what would my headstone say?

No, I'm happy with mine - so what if they don't look like they used to - that's what happens when you've had children.
Hardly anyone has perfect breasts anyway, even before kids. The only ones we get to see are the "perfect" ones that the media show - get real, how many people look like models.
I'm happy with wearing a good bra - yay for non-perfect breasts!
