Does anyone have recipes for healthy snacks (beside fruit & carrot sticks) and muesli bars?

I always buy muesli bars but wanted to start making them myself as a healthier option.

Just wanted to give your message a BUMP!

I'd love a muesli bar recipe too - they're so expensive to buy considering you're only getting a few rolled oats and some choc chips!!

you'll have to be careful with the fat and sugar, but at least they will be healthier in terms of preservative and additives.

Here are a few possibles for you to try. I used to make one as a kid similar to the first link.

Thanks :D

DH likes to take them to work and sometimes eats a couple each day. I'll try to make my own because the ones in the shop are about 80 cents each - way too much for a couple of spoonfuls of oatmeal!!
