I agree. A very easy way to make this sauce (tastes good too)
Is 500ml cream (thickened)
1 garlic chopped
Worstershire sauce
Cook the garlic in the pan after the meat is cooked (bare amount of oil left) add cream, add a couple of tablespoons of worstershire sauce (taste test, most likely need more) simmer for a bout 5mins, stirring as it boils quickly.
serve over the meat! :D

Dianne sauce definatly.
I agree with mariposa recipe, except i add tomato sauce into it, also you can dice up some onion and fry it as well.
Start by adding 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce then just add to taste.
Also google a pepper sauce, yummo :chef:
damn cravings now i want steak with pepper sauce.

I'd use a mushroom and red wine sauce:
Butter
cup of mushrooms, sliced
1/2 a cup of red wine
1/2 a cup of beef stock
cornflour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and cook until softened. In a jug, mix your red wine and stock - reserve a little (about 100ml).
Add the liquid to the frying pan. In another container, put about a tablespoon of cornflour and slowly, stirring continously, add the reserved liquid to make a very thin paste. Add this to the sauce in the pan, making sure to stir continuously. Bring to the boil, and heat until thickened.
its REALLY yummy :D
