I use a really simple recipie starting with a B&G packet of chicken noodle soup (40cents) and 1.5litres of water.... then i add a can of creamed corn and some finely chopped celery, carrot...whatever other vegies, some pepper and salt... You can add a chicken stock cube and chopped chicken or leave it as is... :)
Tastes really good!!
**if its too runny I add a little cornflour to thicken it up.

Singapore noodles or thin hokkien are really good as they keep their texture, and they barely need cooking. could cook them in the soup at the last minute or heat in microwave for 45 seconds.
I boil the carcase off a bbq chicken, with an onion and a carrot to get the stock. (pull the meat off the carcases when you buy them and put it in the fridge, sometimes I save the carcases in the freezer until I have a few to make more stock at one time)
Then I use a packet of fresh noodles refreshed with boiling water. Put noodles in the bottom of the bowl and pour over chicken stock. Sprinkle with chopped shallots. You can add a bit of shredded chicken meat and some chopped bok choy if you like
serve with soy and chilli sauce
Eat...enjoy!
