tortilla stack?

hello fellow chefs:chef::laughing: i want to make a tortilla stack for dinner tonight and used to have a recipe for it but must have lost it...anyway it had to have taco seasoning mix in it and beefstock and i just cant remember wether i was supposed to have tinned tomatoes in it with tomatoe paste as well or wat? lol...so im not sure if any of you can help me out or not with this recipe or one thats really simmilar?

Hi, I have one. Mine has both canned tomatoes and paste. It has:

600g mince
1 cup onion diced
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 cup capsicum diced
415g can tomatoes
3 tblspns tomato paste
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp chicken stock powder
2 tblspns taco seasning
5 tortilla sheets
1/2 cup shreaded cheese

I'm going to have to make one again soon. They are yummy and easy.:yes:

ok thanks thats awesome it actually sounds very simmilar to the one i had:yes:
might not do the capcicans though as DS doesnt likie them hehe but everything else sounds yummy! can i use beef stock instead of chicken stock cause thats all i have:o hehe!

Actually, I don't know why my receipe has chicken stock. Beef stock with mince makes more sense to me.
