Hi there

I have a Chef Mixmaster that was given as an engagement present almost 10 years ago !!

It would have cost a bit because it is a limited edition 150 year anniversary one. It comes with a whisk attachment, a dough hook and a k-hook thingy.

Thing is I've only used it a few times.

It seems such a shame to have it sitting in the cupboard and not ebing used.

I'm not much of a baker, but perhaps I should start ?

Do you use a mixmaster, and what sort of things do you use it for ?

Can you give me any recipes I could use ?

Thanks

I don't have sunbeam, but I did get a nice Kenwood one recently, so have been baking a lot. I make lots of chocolate cakes. This is a really simple but yummy recipe: http://www.abc.net.au/canberra/stories/s1941318.htm

I made these yesterday for a baby shower too. They are really yummy!

Beat all the ingredients together for about 3 mins.
Cook in a hot oven 200’ until golden.

Cheesecake
meringue
biscuits
cakes (though usually I just hand mix these)
whipping cream

That's about it really. I haven't bought a big fancy one as Ican do all the above with my little hand held job.
