Chicken recipe to have with cous cous

I have some chicken breast and was wondering what I can do with it to have it with cous cous?

some chicken with lots of sauce (medittereanean with tomato, olives, capsicum), mushroom chicken.

Or

grill the chicken with some spices, slice and stir through the couscous with steamed sweet potato, green beans, cherry tomatoes and whatever else you have on hand and some salad dressing to make a salad.
