just a quick question for you ladies:D
im making kebabs tonight and already have had my chicken pieces marrinating a while...and was wondering do i have to do something to the scewers before i thread on the meat? they are bamboo scewers if that makes a difference:laughing:

Soak them in water so they dont burn..(or dont burn as much.. :laughing:)

ok cool so how long do i have to leave them soak for lol? in warrm water?

Water temp doesn't matter..
Chuck them in water now and leave them for as long as you have.. But at least 10mins :thumbsup:
