HI all, i contacted Karicare 2 days ago for a sample of formula. They didn't have a sample of the one in stock i required so instaed are sending a full tin to my chemist for me to pick up on Monday, what a great service !!!!! nutricia which make karicare are GREAT best company to deal with ever they make neocate as well and supply a FREE 3000 dollar feeding pump so any tube feeder that uses there feeds how nice is that its the top of the range one as well, and there clinical care line is great, i cant rate then high enough

Yeah i called s26 told them that the milk i bought was too thick so i throw the can out as i thought it wasnt suitable so they sent me 1 free s26 gold can.

If you ring the 1800 number that is on the tin/wesite explain to them you want to try whatever formula and can you have a sample they will get your local chemist details and send it there for you to collect within a couple days.

They did this for us too. I rang them when their HA formula was being discontinued. They sent a tin of their new HA Gold Plus to our local chemist. Pity the Gold Plus constipated DD. I wish they had kept the original HA formula.
