I do believe that a lovely lady friend of mine did manage to get me some tix as well!!!

I wonder if we're going on the same night?

We should work it out and maybe we could do dinner together before hand? Or maybe even carpool up there together?.....

We got conned too. With 3 DD's crazy about High School Musical 1 and 2 I had no choice I think.

Nemo was good last year but I think High School Musical will be better because the girls love it so much.

I just wanted to ask what exactly it is you are teaching your children? That it's okay to lie online, but not in real life? Or that it's okay to lie when they can save some money? I can't figure out how you think that's okay?!

Why is it that people are so judgemental and always find something to criticize in a harmless thread? :shame:
The OP never said she was lying... It's the truth of the matter. They have no way to check, she was probably in shock as most places ALWAYS check....
Sheesh.....

Why is it your place to figure out anything?!!!
This was an innocent thread but if you want to 'figure it out'....
I have a concession card... Oh and by the way the concession is open to ALL purchasers.... No concession card needed....
It was to INFORM other parents that if they wanted to purchase the tickets at the concession rate they could and it did not involve a concession card..... and just to add... the lovely lady at ticketek when i addressed another issue over the phone the next day said the concession rate was there to encourage multiple ticket sales
Maybe I should have gone in depth to what was meant to be an innocent comment.....
Then again i didn't think I would be accused of being deceitful or encouraging my children to do the same, which by the way was very hurtful to read.
Bubhub is a fantastic forum but it amazes me that some have nothing better to do than 'speculate' and 'criticize' at something so innocent.....

Hopefully if we cross paths in another thread it will be on better terms....

Oh and by the way all you wonderful bubhubbers there are plenty of PM tickets left.....
If anyone is going to the April 7th (Monday) 7pm show in Melbourne.... Let's hook up for a coffee.....

Hi

I wanted to apologise for my post last night... I was really cranky when I read that about concession tickets, because I'm sick and tired of people ripping off the system, but I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions like that. Sorry.
