TTc after implanon

I'm sure there's already been a thread on this, although I can't find it... :confused:

Just thought I'd get some recent stories on anyone who has conceived after having the implant in. I had a lot of trouble with it in, irregular cycles, cramps etc. And was curious to see if this would in anyway affect my being able to conceive #2... Or if anyone had a horrible time with the implanon and then no troubles conceiving???

I'd like to know if possible:
How long did it take you to get a :bfp:?
Were your cycles different? etc. If so how long did they take to become regular? Or did they return to 'normal'?
Did you have problems during or after it was taken out?

I also had implanon and had it removed in oct07, although i cant help you with BFP info, my cycles became regular straight away. I had had extremely painful af which was why I originally went on b/c, but now I have only one day with mild tenderness and have a pretty regular cycle.

when i concieved my ds i was on the pill so fter he was born i had the implanon put in. after it was removed my cycle was still really funny but i concieved dd after 5 months. if you are worried at all just get a few ovultion tests.
