Hi all :wave:
My grandma used to make this recipe "lamb shanks with rice" and unfortunately she didn't leave us her recipe in her books before she went off to heaven!!!
I would love to be able to cook this for my dad as he always talks about how good they were, so I'm just wondering does anyone out there know the recipe or maybe if you are still lucky enough to have your grandma maybe she can help me ?????
