Hi,
I live in Maitland and I have two daughters with another bub on the way. I was just wanting to know if you regularly meet?
I moved here in June 04 and I still don't know anyone, it's hard to get out and meet people when you've got kids. It's awfully lonely sitting at home day in and day out and actually looking forward to doing the grocery shopping...lol!!! I'm really craving to get out and do coffee and have a chat with other mums and adults and form a social circle again.
Kathy :)

Hey
My name is Tracey i have been in bub hub a few months ago but forgot my name and password silly me. Our newcastle group in essential baby has had only one meet in maitland but there are a few girls from maitland about so u might wanna have a look there if u are interested in meeting up with other mums they are all very nice i am from newcastle though and i am currently not driving so maitland is abit far for me as i dont know where i am going when i catch a train although i have been to like kmart and that sort of thing if its within walking distance its good to me.
From Tracey
My msn is hsvclubsportchick81@hotmail.com :p
I'm from Singleton. A short half hour drive from Maitland. My bestfriend lives in Maitland and just had a baby girl 2 weeks ago. I haven't been online in quite a while. Too much to do with two babies. They are so much work but it's very rewarding.
I don;t get to Maitland very often unfortunately, but I'd love to try

Hi - Glad i have finally found an australian site.
We live in Kurri Kurri near Maitland and currenlty have two children James 10 and Sarah 7 who go to school at Maitland Christian School Metford. We moved here recently from the country not knowing anyone what so ever for a life change.
Would love to meet others for friendship and get togethers, travelling is no probelms for us but finding people to meet is.
Our third is due on the 18th September 2006.
I am a full time stay at home mum and love it, my husband Gordon (40) works for himself currently in Singleton but hopefully will be going it from home after the baby is due.
Love to hear back from others and will reply to all.

Hiya Luisa,
You need a coffee!!! I am in Mayfield and have been here for a few years and it is hard to met people that is for sure, this website is a great way of meeting people, in the summer we organised a walking club (its great being able to go for a walk in the park with other mums when the weather is nice)
Hopefully we can met up for coffee in the near future.
Cheers and nice t met you

Hi Katie and Luisa!
I live in Mayfield right now but are getting ready to move into Hunter St. Newcastle around August (was meant to be July but they changed the moving date.)
I'm a FTM, 23, DBF works a lot and I love meeting new people. Maybe we should meet up for a coffee!

Hi Carmen and Luisa,
Thought I would drop a few lines, as I haven't been on this site for awhile that Ebay keeps getting in my way as I am addicted!!!!!!!
Coffee sounds great Wednesdays and Thursdays are better for me as I work the other days. Any meeting place will be fine with me and Abi, anywhere basically that Abi can stretch her legs, as she doesn't stay still for very long if you know what I mean.
Gee Carmen don't you love moving!!! I have been in Newey for nearly 7 years and have moved every year until we brought our house in MAyfield 4 years .
Hope all are well on this sunny winter's day.
Cheers
KAtie

Katie and Luisa,
Wednesdays and Thursdays are the best days for me too. Wednesday's are better in the afternoon but I'm free anytime on Thursday's. I'm free any of the days except Wedensday three weeks from now (too lazy to go look at the calender to find a date).
You guys pick the place, you both have children older than me. Emily is still happy to just sit with me and look at her surroundings. Luisa might find it easier if we meet in Newcastle so she knows where she is going to?
Katie, I'm sick of moving! We have moved three times in 5 years, even after buying. We have bought one of the new units in Hunter St. but we put a deposit on it when I was working and before we even thought about having a baby so we aren't going to be there for long either (a couple of years at most). One day we'll settle but we'll always be around Newcastle, we love the area too much.
Well off to eat a late lunch...grocery shopping sucks!
Hi all,
Anyday is good for me, I lose Isaac to school on mondays and fridays but that no real problem!
I agree knowing my map reading skills that in Newcastle is best for me but I can find my way to other place if you dont mind me being late.
I know what movings like BTW we have moved 4 times in the last 2 1/2 yrs, so hopefully we are settled here for a bit now!
Was wondering if anyone lives in the port stephens area?? Nelson Bay way??
:fingerscrossed:
 Hello everyone, i'm a newie to bubhub so thought i'd come and say hello and tell you a little about myself.
My name is Leah, i'm 25 married with two little boys who are the light of my life. I live on Lake Macquarie and i would love to get out and meet some new people and have a girly chat over a coffee !!
I am glad to hear that i am not the only one who is finding it hard to meet new friends with young children. So i'd love to come and meet you all sometime, hopefully sooner rather then later.
Well take care girls and please let us know when your having your next meet up.

My wife and I have a home in Corlette, but we live mainly in Alice Springs. My wife will be having our second baby down there in February 07 she is booked in to the Newcastle Private Hospital and has Dr Lowe as her Ob. She will be down there from about the end of January and will probably spend a month or two there after the baby is born. I will join her closer to the birth date which will be by CS.

Hi Dee,
Am definately up for Thursday morning, Maitland Park sounds good, if it's yukky weather you are welcome here at my house, you'll just have to ignore the mess;)
Is 9.45 or 10 am too early for you?? I have to go to Early Intervention at 12.30 in Singleton, so can't stay too late...now where to meet in Maitland Park?? Haven't actuallly been in there yet, only driven past, so no idea where to meet up when I am actually in the door. I leave that up to you!!
Kylie.
