Well I have spent the last 5 months being a SAHM but our heads have slipped under the water $$$ wise and it's time for me to go back to work part-time.

I have decided (after much :hissy:) that I HAVE to go, so am doing work each day from 4:30pm-7:30pm. I know it's only 3 hours a day (not including 30min travel time) but I feel like I am not doing the best thing for my DS. I am so SCARED that messing with his BF (I am about to skip a BF and offer DS a sipper cup of formula so that I can express a full feed to keep ahead of myself :confused:) will make him start to refuse BF again (I tried this all when he was 3 months old and thats what happened).

I refuse to wean him and if it looks like he is going to prefer the sipper cup & formula then I don't know what I am going to do :(.

We have literally no money for food and all I can do is :crying:all the time.

Oh, you poor thing. I've been there and it's so not fun!

If you are going out to work to feed, clothe and put a roof over your family's head, then you are not doing the wrong thing by your baby.

You are doing what you need to do to survive. Don't feel bad about it!

:iagree::iagree:

Hun you are doing this because you have to, to look after your family. I guess you can only really hope he doesnt start refusing feeds though but that is something that you can only work through if and when it happens.:hugs: Don't stress yourself out beforehand about it because it will only play with your supply then.

:iagree: With both of the PP.

I know it is easier said than done, but try not to stress. I went back to work when DD was 6mths old as DH started his own business, although we were fortunate enough to have me work in the business 12 months later. I did what I had to do at the time to ensure that my family was provided for, and for that I have no regrets.

Chin up and feel free to PM me if you want to chat.:hugs:
