First Time Mum - Too high expectations

I have a beautiful 3 month old baby Jessica. I am a first time mum and have been through my fair share of ups and downs.

Speaking of guilt - Have you read a recent book called Mothers Guilt, If you do get a chance to read do so, as I am sure it will help put a lot more stuff into persective. It tells of Motherhood like it really is. It's written by Ita Butterose & Dr penny (can't remember her surname) and I have lent it onto 2 girlfriends already
