hi, my dd who is 27 months old is globally developmentally delayed, suffers from uncontrolled infantile seizures, and may possibly have rett syndrome, she sees a great neurologist at the royal childrens in brisbane but we arent happy with her paediatrician, we are in the public system and they assigned him to us but he just doesnt seem very interested in her and her problems. i even had to ask for the test for rett syndrome,she has all the symtoms yet he never picked it up as a possibility and he only ever wants to see her every four months even though her seizures arent controlled, i really would like to just start going private and find a decent paed who is willing to listen and help her. so please if you know of any please let me know.
