well i was wondering if you could give me some advice suburbwise. which ones are nice to live in...
not too busy, but nice and calm with real nice families, close to the beach and bush........
any ideas???

Hi again Lila (I just replied to you in the other central coast thread)
I will list some nice suburbs that fit your criteria
Budgewoi
Buff Point
Lake Munmorah
Norah Head
Gorokan
Lake Haven

Most of those suburbs are pretty quiet though in a couple of them you get the usual morons like anywhere else.
All are within a 10min drive to the beach max.

If you have any questions at all just pm and I will be only to willing to help since I have lived on the coast for 31yrs now...lol

My sister lived in Buff Point right near the beach, beautiful place very peaceful! I went to visit and absolutely loved it!!

thanks for all your help!!
we have decided to rent first, as we really have no idea where to go....
guess it is more sensible to rent for 6 month and then decide where it would be good to live.
i checked out buff point :thumbsup: great
don't know if we should go there though as it is quite a travel from sydney.
my dh will be commuting so probably best if we would go lower...but oh boy do i like this prices ...!!:flowerz:
