If you do, could you please PM me.

I am interested in taking this up but I have a few questions about uni etc.. etc..

OR if you work for any type of social services I'd love to hear from you also.

Thanks.

My mums works in this field, she works in an actual womens shelter and touches base with child protection, she knows a fair few ins and outs of how DOCS works so she can advise the women etc. I would be happy to pass any questions on to her if you like.

Not me, but my mum is a psychologist working for DOCS, mainly in juvenile justice.
It's all she ever talks about :ecomcity: so if you think I might be able to help, feel free to PM

You've got a few choices....

Most obvious are B. Social Work or B. Social Welfare....

Then there's Psychology.....

I think that Nursing and Teaching are also considered acceptable backgrounds.....

There may be a few more.... I'll see what I can find out for you....

Oh I meant to say too..... if you are Indigenous, a degree isn't an absolute neccesity......

Ok they go in three tiers, preffered, relevant and other qualifications that may be considered with relevant experiences....

These are the preferred and relevant.....
