Hi all
To cut a long story short We have been TTC baby 3 since june this year, we already have 2 children aged 3&4 well I came off the Depo in may and had a normal period, then June I bled for 6 weeks with clotting ect and the doctor put me on medication to stop it. August my AF started on the 20th and only lasted 3 days and was light now on the 2nd of this month I started spotting thought it could be ovulation, it stopped then started again the next day slightly more but then went away again now the last couple of days have followed this pattern. I did some reserch and found out that Vitex helps to increase fertilirty and regulate your cycle ect , and was wondering has any one tried this????what do you think and do you reccomend it??? your thoughts would be graetly appreciated. thankyou.

I haven't no, sorry, but I did suggest it to a friend once (along with Evening Primrose Oil) when she needed to lengthen her luteal phase. She did conceive shortly afterwards and carried to term after several miscarriages.

Personally, I've used Sepia 200, a homoeopathic remedy to regulate my cycles with great success. I am also now using it as a morning sickness remedy and IT WORKS!!! I can only take it once per week unfortunately but I get 4-5 good days out of it. It's not an over-the-(health food shop)counter thing, you do have to see a homoeopath or naturopath to get it I believe.
