I really would appreciate some feedback on this one...

Since having my bub nearly ten months ago I have become EXTREMELY accident prone... I am constantly walking into things... dropping things on my toes... burning myself on the oven... toaster... jug...

Cutting myself with knives when cooking... :chef:

You name it I can find some way of making it hurt.... :banghead:

I never used to be this clumsy... even when I try and take care something always happens....

I look like I have been in the ring with a prize winning boxer some days...

Since having my son I don't feel as steady on my feet... I feel off balance...

Is anyone else experiencing this?? Or am I quite mental??

ABSOLUTELY!!! I feel your pain...literally.

My feet are constantly bruised...

And I try to keep away from sharp implements now...

Its rather tragic and sometimes its sad...I used to be so co-ordinated and now I'm a dag.

Nicole...

My shins and upper arms seem to be my favourite bruising zone... oooh and fingers... I shut my hand in a window two weeks ago... The nail is just about to come off... I think that was my final Painful breaking point...

I truely feel that I have a sign on my head saying "HURT ME"

Oooohhh Im not the only one!!! :yelclap: I get this too - mainly if Im tired or something, I'm always jamming my poor fingers in the microwave door, or catching my arm on the door handles, which leaves a nice mark!! I am always running into people and things, and tripping over anything thats in my path, sometimes I see it and try dodge it but trip anyway!! Gosh its like I don't have a brain!!

yep - I have come to the conclusion that is the effect of baby brain combined with sleep deprivation - but once your brain starts to return to normal and you start to get more sleep it still doesn't stop - I haven't figured that part out yet!! I am constantly dropping things, bumping into things etc. I too feel your pain :hugs:

THANK YOU
toeveryone that responded... I feel a little less crazy now...

All fingers and toes are still attached at this point... and no broken bones.... I am just hoping this starts to get better over time... I really make an effort to stay out of harms way (but I swear it follows me) :banghead:

I was actually getting to the point where I was going to ask my dr about it... my poor little fingers can't handle much more torment.. hehe
