Ok, so we're having a tofu and veg stirfry tonight. I normally go in this order - onion, garlic etc, meat, brown for a bit, then sauces, and veg, lid on to steam for a bit, done.
Do I add the tofu when browning (its firm tofu) or when steaming with the lid on?

I usually give mine a quick stir fry first up then i take it out and set it aside and add after adding the sauces its individual tastes though :)

:iagree: That makes it go a bit crispy on the outside which is yum!
