Hi No2where are you. You need to have higher temperatures sustained for at least 3 days following ovulation to confirm that ovulation has occured. Your temps should gradually increase, peak, the drop when AF arrives. Single or occasional drops in temp dont necessarily mean anything. You can have drops in temp and still be pregnant though.

I agree with what kittykatz said...if you didnt get a + opk and only 2 days of shifted temps, my guess is that you tried to ovulate and didnt. The best thing you can do is just watch your temps over the next few days and see what they do. You may have ovulated and are having a secondary estrogen surge, which would cause your temps to temp temporarily. Good luck!

I think she means when your body gears up to ovulate, but doesn't actually release an egg. It might happen a bit later, or might not at all (but more often will than not).

Yeah, sometimes your body gears up to O, and fails to. I have had it happen several times and I got 2-3 days of high temps and then they would drop again and I would ovulate for real a while later. How were your temps today??
