Im not TTC'ing but wasn't sure where eles to put this
im using this to help regulate an maybe try for another when we move ( we goin to give it another go an all live together to sort it out)
anyway im getting a little confused at what dosage should i take ?
they a 550mg's says 1-5 with meals ,
how much do u think would be good ?
was taking 2 3 times a day but read its recommended u not take them at dinner time.
