just trying to find a hobby.
What kind of sewing machine would i need to buy?
What are the easiest cloth nappies to make for starters?
Where is the best place to buy the material for it?
Is there any step by step instructions either on here or online to make them as well?
Thank you.
Also i would like to make sizes like certain weights ect if im going to make them, im asuming this would be easier then one size fits most?
Opinions appreaciated.

I just have a standard Janome sewing machine and overlocker. I would recommend getting as good a machine as you can afford as the layers of fabric can be quite thick and I have trouble sewing through them sometimes.
Ozclothnappies has links to some great online patterns or you can buy patterns from the WeeWuns.
I get my fabric (fleece, flannel and cotton) from spotlight, but you can get it online also. You can get bamboo and hemp from bubba earth. I get my bamboo and hemp from pookey pockets, she is in brissie but I think she will post it out.
I made the Wee Weka pocket first and then the side snap. I have now purchased a cuddlebuns pattern so will try those out.
Just remember that all patterns have a copyright on them so they are ok to use for home use but if you intend to sell them then you need to make up your own pattern.
