I've been feeling pretty horribly lately, sleeping in until 11 or noon and just feeling like **** on legs basically.
This morning I woke up trembling a little, with diarrhea (not really horrid, but diarrhea none the less) so I went back to bed and slept til I felt a bit better. I haven't gotten to the point where i've vomitted, but i've come pretty close.

Is this normal for early pregnancy or is it likely ive caught a bug or something?
Is there anything I can eat or drink or do that will help with my energy levels?

Will it go away eventually or will I feel like this for the next 7 months? :(

I just feel terrible and I imagine it can't be good for me to just lie in bed all day.
Blah. :crying:

Hi there

First of all....Congrats on being pregers!!! :smiliedance:

As for the energy levels...sorry but it is part of the pregnancy. I have to admit I was very lucky I had m/s & really tired until about 12 weeks. But I feel much better now...some people do have m/s all the way through....but I will keep :fingerscrossed: for you.

As for the diarrhea...you might have a cold...try and take care of yourself...just make sure if you have a fever to try and bring it down asap (NOT with Ibuprofen!).

Hope that helps:rolleyes:

Thanks for the reply Mic :)

I'm gonna go have a read about the net and try to find some ways to deal with the fatigue, apparently starchy foods are good.

Thanks for keeping your fingers crossed too, I hope I don't feel like this the whole way through!!

Oh yeah, I remember sleeping all the time while pregnant. I felt so lazy, but it fet so nice to rest!!

Diaroeah (sp?) can be a symptom of pregnancy, but if it really bothers you then I spose going to the docs for a check-up wouldn't hurt.

If you are experiencing m/s then I hope it doesn't last too long. I remember that and it wasn't nice :barf:

Anyway, congrats on the pregnancy and hoping all goes well for you!!
