Hi guys,
I desperately want to use cloth but unfortunately just cannot afford the modern all in one types  so I've been looking into bamboo flats.
Firstly can anyone point me in the right direction of where I can buy the material? What type of bamboo material do I actually need? Towelling? Do the just need to be overlocked? Will bamboo keep it's shape after been continually washed? How many of these would I need? 24? 36? :o

Sorry for all the questions, I just have no idea about this stuff just yet. I tried doing a search but figured it was just easier to start a thread because I'd be there for hours trying to find answers to all the questions.

TIA

You could buy either bamboo towelling or bamboo fleece.
Towelling is a bit more absorbent but also a bit bulkier. Both have their merits really.

I like to buy my fabric at Tiny Toosh.

And yep it just needs to be overlocked - and 24 sounds like a good number to have

ETA: And yep bamboo washes really well :)

It also shrinks really well, so preshrink (hot wash, cold rinse and then hot drier) before cutting/overlocking :) The Bamboo fleece at Snaps Australia is excellent quality :)
