in your cycle can you ovulate?

All the ovulation calenders tend to calculate it in the middle of the cycle but I'm pretty sure I ovulate earlier than that.

So....medically how early can this occur?

I cant be to sure but I think everyone O's at different times in the month, Its your body, The Ovulation calendar's are just predicting.

Maybe you can observe your CM ? That would be a good indication.

Have you tried any OPK's ?? Using the ovulation test kids, Its just like a preg test and when you get the LH surge thats when you know ovulation is taking place.

I hope this helps, Im only new to TTC. I hope one of the other girls can shed some light for you.

P.s, I just noticed you live on the same train line as I do lol...

Good Luck :hugs:

Thanks for that Chellzy. I've seen those ovulation kits so I should probably get one so I've got a better idea of what's going on with my body.

This is the first month we're TTC and I've got a 8.5 month old so I'm too busy with him to read my body signs (if that makes sense).

Where do you live??

Generally, your luteal phase (day after ovulation to af) is 10-16 days, so it depends on how long your cycle is. If you have a 30 day cycle, you would ovulate somewhere around cd 14 to 20. I would second the opks to get an idea of when you ovulate...
