R/L & braxton hicks

this has probably already been posted but here goes anyway. iv just started raspberry leaf about a week ago im almost 37 weeks, and think i have been having braxton hicks not sure but dont think i had them before started taking r/l.
has anyone else experienced this...

It's not uncommon to experience BH upon taking Raspberry Leaf. Afterall, Raspberry Leaf is a uterine tonic, it's sole purpose is to tone the uterus (a muscle) so that it works more effeciently during labour and birth.

But it could just be a coincidence, as BH are also common in late pregnancy as your body prepares itself for labour and birth.

I noticed when I first starting taking Raspberry Leaf (at 25weeks) that a few hours afterwards I would feel tightenings/cramps, but this only happened for the first few days, then after that I didn't feel anything.

Either way, it's all completely normal and nothing to worry about! :)
