Just a query. I had a miscarriage in Sep 07. My Obs recommended I wait for one proper period and then TTC, i've had two AFs, Dec/Jan was our first real month of trying, and we BDed hard in the lead up to and a few days after Day 14 (I've always had a regular 28 day cycle). I was pretty bummed when AF showed up, two days early. Anyway we're getting ready for another round of BDing, but CM appeared day 7. So my question is- does that mean I'm ovulating now? I know my body's prob out of whack after the m/c, so we doing some BDing noww, but I'm thinking we should continue just in case......thoughts????

It depends on what KIND of CM.

The cervix ALWAYS produces some sort of mucous - because its one of the systems that means that the vagina is kept healthy and functioning at the right PH balance, the right moistness etc.

So, no, CM doesn't = ovulation.

You usually get ewcm around o time, but if you want to be a bit more accurate in pinpointing o you can do your temps each morning.
