Hi everyone
Sorry this is all about me. Just letting you know that I'm leaving you. Started bleeding this morning. Went straight in for a bt and managed to get a scan - no baby. Totally devestated. It was a blighted ovom - embie died a while ago but body thinks I'm still pregnant....hopefully the bleeding will continue so it resolves itself naturally. I was 7 1/2 weeks.:(
I just want to wish everyone else all the luck and good health in the world!

Thinking of you darl,
Unfortunately your lil bub was too special for this world at this time. hugs to you and ur partner :bee:

I was jumping on here as I was excited that its only 3 weeks till the big 12 week mark to broadcast my lovely news, but it seems so inappropriate when you hear of the ladies that have gone through the heartache of a MS recently. :hugs:

Every single time I go to the loo I inspect that toilet paper for any sign of blood. The whole first trimester is doing my head in to be honest as I'm arent confident with a positive outcome till I hit the 12 week mark and can really enjoy it. Really hanging out for my nt scan at 13 weeks to see that things are going well.

Found this and thought I'd share....
For anyone else who is 9 weeks like I am.

WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOU AT 9 WEEKS
Your breasts may be feeling full and tender. This can be one of the earliest symptoms of pregnancy. The areola typically darkens and Montgomery's glands, lubricating sweat glands on the areola, may become prominent and more numerous. Especially for those with a light complexion, veins in the breast often become more pronounced.

Emotionally, you may feel like you are suffering from an ongoing bout of PMS. Even silly commercials may make you cry!
WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH YOUR BABY
This week, your baby-to-be grows to between 20 and 28 millimeters from crown to rump, or about an inch. Weighing in at one gram, your baby is very active, although you can't feel its movements. He or she now has all the major organs, muscles and nerves. A Doppler may be able to identify the heartbeat. While testes and ovaries are formed, external genitalia appear sexless, which is why it is too early for an ultrasound to reveal gender. Eyelids are beginning to form and the trunk is straightening and elongating.
EATING FOR TWO
Adding a few tablespoons of nonfat milk powder to many of your recipes is a great way to sneak in some extra calcium. For soups and hot cereals, use nonfat milk instead of water.

Hi Ladies

I haven't been here for a while but reading the past entries and hearing of the losses I just feel so terrible.

Jesslee & Grace - I'm so sorry for your losses I hope and pray that God will keep your hearts strong and your families. Never lose hope as you both are going to be great mothers when your babies come along.

Take care always :hugs:

Look after yourselves ladies.
