My DD is 41/2 mths old and is having "gum activity" (wording used by the doc). We are giving her panadol at night and a herbal teething relief syrup during the day which seems to be ok - i just dont want to have to give her panadol every night for the next 2-3mths. Just wondering how long it takes for the tooth to actually come through? I realise all bubs are different just wondering what other people's experiences were like.
