Hi Ladies,Well, my DD had a pretty good night last night, she only woke me for boob 3 times. That's great and all, but she's so unpredictable! She'll often wake me up to 8 times or more!Anyway I was recommended "How to Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems" by Dr Richard Ferber. ATM I'm only focusing on cutting out night-feeds, but once I've done that he recommends his "Progressive Waiting Technique" to get her to sleep through. This technique seems to pretty similar to CC, which I'm not opposed to, but apprehensive about.Dr Richard Ferber is the Director for Paediatric Sleep Disorders in Boston, so I'd like to think he knows what he's talking about when he says it will only take a week or so, and that DD won't be emotionally affected. Has anyone else tried this method? Did it work for you, and how long did it take?Looking forward to hearing from you,Bronny

Hi there

I haven't got much advice, I posted a thread myself just now about my 11 month old DD's constant hourly night wakings, it's driving me mental.

I'd be interested to see if anyone replies. It sucks when they wake constantly doesn't it ? It really wears you out, I always feel tired.

Anyway, :hugs: I hope it gets sorted out soon
