This year for Hope Helps is sure to be a big one. Starting off with another party plan night being organised and the Australia Day Cricket match only a few days away. I am also working on the Biggest Morning Tea for the Cancer Council and hope to have a venue and date soon.

As an ongoing fundraiser for the year I would like Hope Helps to create our own book. I am hoping to write a recipe book filled with everyone’s favourites from their childhood and adult lives. If you would like to contribute please let me know and ill PM you my email addy. Please include all ingredients required and methods of cooking and if you have any photos of your creations that would be even more fantastic. Please note these recipes must be originals due to copyright laws we can not simply copy them from the latest Women’s Weekly. Once I have a good collection of recipes I will be selling the book at all our events and through our web site.

All funds raised from this project will go directly to On Trac @ Peter Mac.

Of course as part of the project I am going to have to test and taste each recipe (that will be a hard task) so I look forward to drooling over your beautiful home cooked goodies soon.
