Summer really skipped us Gold Coasters this year didn't it. What happened to spending January at the beach swimming, having backyard BBQ's? It really sucks.:mad:

im on the gold coast and its sunny at my place :sunshine: hope it stays that was coz i have a man coming tomorrow or wednesday to put up a patio!! YAY for us we'll actually be able to go outside----even when its rainging!!! :D

Sorry to jump in the wrong area... I just saw raining again and we haven't had a break in maybe a week? or more :crying: (central coast) sucks bum biscuits!

I love it. Its a shame there's no cool breeze with it though Its still so muggy YUCKY.
Its stopped now though :yelclap: but you are right at xmas 2006 we were putting ice-cubes in the pool it surprised me when it rained last xmas

i'm on the GC and its sooooo hot here today, had a little bit of spitting before, but nothing to rave on about, I think summer has finnally hit southport, we have no aircon so i'm melting at the mo

When its not raining,its soooo muggy!Its gross!This weekend we get a wet weekend!:yelclap:So we can use hoses-Wash the cars,windows etc.Yay!!
This weather is weird,one week we are in the drought,next its flash flooding!!I feel sorry for all the places who are flooded:thumbsdown:

Well i just checked the weather for the next 7days... & well we have
Showers, showers & a thunderstorm thrown in there to. Not only day says sunny. :hissy:
I know we need it..but my lawn is getting to long..lol

I dont mind the rain, just the mozzies and midges are loving my blood at the moment! Im being attacked. Moust be all that pregnancy blood :laughing: The boys are perfectly fine and they are outside MORE than I am!

Storms I like, We can have them. Just not the severe ones!

Hasn't been great weather for the kids this year!

We were lucky and snuck in a quick morning swim while it was nice and sunny, just as we got out the rain started and wet all my dry washing so everything was in the dryer for another day :banghead:

Hope we get some nice weather for Australia day weekend... I dont wanna be cooking snags on the BBQ like this :rain:...lol
