I am having trouble finding pregnancy yoga classes and any other pregnancy related exercise classes on the Northside of Brissy. Does anyone know of any?

Yup..

There is YogaBaby which operates from Windsor which do prenatal yoga..

Chermside pool also does aquanatal classes..

Viroga at Brighton does prenatal and postnatal yoga as well. (wish they did mummy and toddler, too!!)

Yummy Mummy Physio in the Grange do Pregnancy Pilates and Fit-Ball classes. They were great while I was pregnant. I am now doing their Mum and Baby Pilates classes
