Cookie icing:
1/3 cup Butter
100 mls Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 or 3 cups Icing sugar

(rough guess :laughing:).

Cupcake icing:

Good ol' betty crocker pre-made frosting!
Food colouring for desired colours. ;)

Declansmum- I make them for all occasions.
I cheat though. I have a tone of cupcake books and cupcake recipes and cupcake decorations and I sometimes spend a good few hours reading about them, but I don't always go by the book.

I usually just make them with savings brand from coles, 66cents a packet. They are absolutely delicious.
When they are made from scratch they are good but it can get time consuming and messy.
I do it when I have the time. :)

I'm stoked there are so many good edible decorating goods out on the market right now.

I've always wanted to go to fairs and bake cupcakes and sell them on weekends etc.
Maybe one day when I get a bit more advanced.
It's lovely to hear you say you'd buy them but if I knew where you lived I'd make them for you for free. They are made with love afterall, can't put a price on that. *Does a little corny dance*

You did a fantastic job, I really love those cookies.

Your daughter is a real little cutie and Chloe is a great name too.

I spent about four hours on the cookies- Would you believe that. They don't even look neat. :laughing:
If I had more time, I would have done a better job but clearly- I rushed them.
The whole time I was decorating the cupcakes I kept saying, *Sigh* "I could do this all day", (cause I really would!). :laughing:
