We don't care what we have, but a little boy would help balance out some of the girlie hormones in the house! I guess if anyone out there believes in the 'shettles method', even though we weren't trying to pull off a shettles attempt, in hind sight it worked out that it was a perfect boy attempt. So I guess that is what I am basing my prediction on.

So does anyone else have any theories?

i think we're having a boy and we will find out at 20 week scan ... yay!!!
this is the first baby we will be finding out the sex for as the last two we kept as surprises until birth.

am so excited!

we have decided to ask the ultrasound person to write the sex down on a piece of paper and we will keep it a surprise to open at a special dinner later (makes it a bit less clinical and more intimate).

i plan to book a babysitter and go out to groovy restaurant for dinner, crack open a bottle of bubbles and open our envelope to tell us if Cuba is really a boy!

We could be twins lol we also didnt find out with the boys but wanted to with this one but I have changed my mind AGAIN and will have another suprise. That is a really nice idea of having a special dinner, I think I would find it harder to not look in the envelope then the scan, dinner would have to be the night of the scan.

i think dinner the same night is a MUST DO.
hubby has excellent will power (glad someone in the relationship does) but even given that i think if i had to wait more than that night i'd sneak the envelope steam it open and have a read.

However, I know a woman who's about to have her 3rd, and she already has two pink ones. When she found out she was having another pink one, she just burst out in tears! I think I need to consider that before doing it in public!

I'm definately going to try to find out. Kept Baylee for a surprise, but tried to find out with kaiden, but she was too shy :o.

No I dont think I will find out. I didnt with the boys and even though I HATE waiting it gets me through the birthing pain. My DH could have xmas presents under the tree for 6 moths and it wouldnt even enter his mind to have a look but me I start with shaking them and slowly unwraping them then I want to kick myself as I now have no suprises. Also I have herd to many people told thay where getting a girl and on the day get a boy.I dont mind having another boy but to be told I was getting a girl and get all excited to then have a boy I would be crushed.

So in short no lol.

We didn't want to know the last 2 times, the surprise at birth was well worth it - but we have always planned to find out for our 3rd!
