Babies Getting Bitten

Was wondering if anyone can help, mosquitoes are everwhere and I have a net for sleeping but what do I do the rest of the time (baby is 3months).

There are these things that you can plug into the power point in babies room (or any room) that is meant to keep them away. Where my sister lives the mozzies ar really bad. So I bought my niece and nephew these band things that seem to keep them away when they are outside that you can put on their wrist, ankle or pram. But we usually use a bit of aeroguard on them as well.
