Can anybody give me the pro's and con's on 2 yrs apart.
We plan on trying for our next baby when Brooke turns 1. give and take with the months ..
Any major pro's and con's I should know. She will definately be over 20 mths before the next would come if it works asap.
thanks.

My 2 are 20 months apart. It's great!!! The only con is that Cj is just getting into the terrible 2's so I have to watch him around Ella, but other than that so far so good!
Hi. There is literally a two year gap between DD and DS. It is great. DD understood that she was going to have a baby brother or sister and was very good when it came time for me to go to hospital. She absolutely loves being a big sister and helping me with her brother. DD is very protective of her little brother.
So far there hasnt really been any negatives. Hope this helps with your decision!:)

thank you. I guess its just hard to see Brooke as a 2 yr old right now as she is still my baby and when I think about being preggers I just see 2 babies .. if that makes sense.
thank YOU .. it sounds beautiful to me !

Hi there are 21 months between my 2 and i think the age gap is perfect. Tahlia was and still is sooo loving towards jordan (a little to much sometimes lol:hugs: ) She was also off formula obviously and almost out of nappies so that was good. They play together all the time and yes they do fight but not very often. :yelclap: Whatever you decide on will be perfect for you

We too will be trying for bub #2 once Lucy is 1. Can't wait!! I really enjoyed my first pregnancy.
Before having Lucy I was group leader of a toddler room (15mths-24mths). Here's some reasons why I think it is a great age gap........
1. Your toddler will be becoming more independent from you, and though they still need you very much, they are able to do more things by themself.
2. Your toddler will be drinking "normal" milk and starting to toliet train (maybe)
3. Your toddler can understand that a new brother or sister is coming
4. Your toddler will have a playmate for life..
5. Your toddler LOVES helping you and can bring plates/cups etc to the kitchen, and shows interest in wiping the table etc and can get things for you and baby.
Wow, I can't wait to have bub #2!!
