Just a quick question.... (im still unsure about this)

I took out a bottle of breastmilk from the freezer yesterday afternoon and it's in the fridge, is it OK to use when I go out tomorrow morning or should I throw it out?

Unsure how long milk last when it's defrosted?

I have always read that its lasts 24 hours after defrosting.

what you can do is use that today, and express when you give the bottle, and use the expressed stuff for tomrrow
