hi there everyone, just wondering if there are many of you with kids that r around 2/3 yrs old? we have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter and would love to meet some parents with children around the same age...

Our DS is 2.5 (born 08/08/03). It's such a wonderful age isn't it? Although DS seems to go from wanting to be very independent to wanting cuddles and being babied. He's takling a lot too now which is good, but we haven't started TT yet. Quite scared of that actually. he knows the potty and sits on it before he has a shower, but that's about it so far.

We'll be going to the zoo on the 18th, would be good if you come along for the little ones to meet :)

i know wat you mean about independant one minute and a baby the next! liah is very much like that although lately shes tryin to be lil miss independant more often haha..she toilet training atm too..we pretty much there shes doin really well wich is a big relief.
i wont be able to make it to the zoo this weekend im afraid, but we will havto organise a meet very soon for the kids to have a play..well i better go and get organised, will talk agan soon bye for now :)....sara

Well i toke the girls to a wickid park today its in hillarys its called Mawson PK its on Flinders Dve and Mawson Dve or Cres something like that!! But they have a huge play area and a lake with ducks and BBQ areas too!! Plus really nice trees so its lovely to have a picnic we did that today and they loved it!!! Well let me know if ya want to meet up there i will be in on it absolutly love that park!!:thumbsup:

I'm at ECU in Churchlands btw and I'm happy to travel NOR. Hopefully moving to Clarkson in the next few months anyway :)

Oh and I'm free on the weekends too, DP is usually asleep ALL day because he works nights at the Casino.

hey teneale, monday turned out fine hey, met " firstbub" (jenny and her son connor) there, was great , kids played really well together. wen i suggested the hillarys meet for sunday the second id forgotten that its my partners birthday on the 3rd..
