Interesting, and thought you guys may have an opinion, this is a possible theory that has been posed to me:
Instead of m/c in December, I actually lost a twin, and am still pg with the remaining twin? That would mean I'm around 11wks, and may explain the massive stomach.
My issues with this are:
My HCG levels dropped from 367 to 90 prior to passing "conception tissue".
I had a negative HPT approx 2.5weeks ago
I had no pg symptoms during the interim. HOWEVER, rang Nurse OnCall today, and she said it's feasible, although is confused re: the drop in HCG levels - said they would drop, but wasn't sure if they would drop that low. the only thing I can do is get an u/s, but that can't be done, as I can't get into GP until Tuesday 5.15pm (already booked), and the local u/s service won't even take a referral until you pass 9wks gestation.
What do you think????? Would really welcome your feedback and opinions.
Thanks
Cass
