I am due on 6 June and thinking of buying an Epi-No. Has anyone used this before and is it worth it!?

Hi Clairet,

There was a thread on here about Epi-no a couple of months ago. If you go to the search icon and type in Epi-no it will bring it up and you may be able to get an idea from that.

I didn't use one and probably wouldn't. I enlisted my partners help in doing my perenium (sp?) stretches and have to say it could be a lot of fun :D !! No tears with my first and hopefully none this time around either.
